Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, in order to avoid a charge and enable me to offer your appointment to somebody else, 36 hours notice of cancellation is required. As this is a small business, failure to cancel within the specified time will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the booked treatment value.

Gift Vouchers

Great for birthdays and Christmas gifts, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day or simply to say "thank you". Gift vouchers are redeemable against treatments or Aromatherapy Associates products; they are valid for three months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. It is necessary to present your gift voucher on arrival to validate your treatment.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Regretfully the facility to pay by credit or debit card is not currently available. Cheques should be made payable to Emma Gordon-Stables and supported by a cheque guarantee card.

Recognized by the Hospital Savings Association (HSA) for Acupuncture treatment.

Contra-indications

All of the therapies in which Emma specializes are intended to complement, not replace diagnosis and treatment by a medical practitioner. Therefore, if you are suffering from a pre-existing medical condition, are taking any prescribed medication, have recently undergone surgery or are pregnant, treatment may have to be undertaken with the consent of your GP.
